Alternative Meat an alternative solution to Global Warming. Investment opportunities!

It is Global Health Emergency. Yes, this is what it's supposed to be and will continue to be unless we don't switch to alternative choices.

In recent times 'meatless meat' and 'fishless fish' are the most suitable alternatives to meat consumption by humans. Meat alternatives are playing an important role towards protecting our environment. Alternative meat burgers save anywhere between 80% to 99% water, require only around 7% to 13% of the farmland area, and also saves close to 90% of the fossil fuel emission than a regular minced beef of approximately a little over 100grams. This data clearly shows the benefits of alternative meat on planet's environment. Though the data are third party estimates, but the benefits are revealing.

How you'd ask, Alternative Meat is produced? The answer is deep rooted in the planet and animal protein. There are two categories of Alternative Meat. Plant-based protein and Cell-based protein. When we talk about Plant-based protein products, protein is extracted, separated from the plant and then isolated. This is then combined with other Plant-based ingredients to make the product as meaty as possible.

Similarly, in Cell-based protein product, animal cell is extracted from a chosen animal/livestock, which then is cultured in laboratory to create the edible meat you want on your table as food. The advantages are numerous of producing Cell-based cultured meat, from taking almost the same amount of time for the same amount of meat to grow as would chickens becoming ready for slaughter, so the economic structure is not dis-balanced. Additionally, unnecessary efforts of cleaning feathers and bones are taken care of, apart from maintaining hygiene and avoiding harmful bacteria otherwise growing on waste from bloodshed.

When Alternative Meat is served on your table as food resist not, eat with large heart and pamper your appetite. If you are calorie conscious, which you should be, Alternative Meat are healthier than animal-based options. Less calorie, less fat and less cholesterol. Whoa! Eat more.

There may be doubts about the ingredients in processing Alternative Meat. It is always advisable to check the nutrific value and the ingredients used. Otherwise, Alternative Meat are the immediate swap for animal-based meat if you really want to take that giant leap in protecting your environment without shunning meat entirely. Our livestock and marine species will be safer and with mass following of such choices we can help in sustaining our ecosystem designed to protect all living beings in one big cycle of events.

Over the past two decades the demand for animal-based meat products have skyrocketed. In order to meet this high demand animal meat is treated with chemicals through overuse of antibiotics, which when reached your table as food has made a lot of people resistant to antibiotics. This has led to a Global Health Emergency, since The United Nations has listed antimicrobial resistant under the mentioned category.

The cost of purchasing Alternative Meat is slightly higher than the regular animal-based meat. This difference in price is because globally the infrastructure and awareness is not yet in place to make this environmentally friendly product a purchase for the mass.

Next time we visit a popular departmental store, let's make it a point to try the Alternative Meat for an Alternative Lifestyle which is more of a 'Conscious Living' in order to protect the extinction of species, zero use of antibiotics treated meat, population control of animals for protecting forest area and in near future creating a hospitable global average temperature so that Northern and Southern Polar Ice Caps regain lost grounds and help in reducing Global Warming.

May the millennial lead the change.
